There is a nutritionist in office at the office in Hyde park. You can buy a package of visits. I don't use her because she doesn't take insurance, my insurance covers nut visits and I found someone close to where I live in white plains. Do you see the pa's for fills? I like Nicole, she is pretty helpful with nutrition stuff.- need suggestions

I started at 264 and now 219. Surgery was 4-22-13. I am having trouble feeling it and seeing it. I mean my clothes are loose and I see it a little. I cant wait until my brain catches up. i wonder how others see me? Can you tell a difference? Just a little or alot? I am serious, I am not being an attention *****. I dont need you to say "you look great"...Just whether it is noticable I lost weight. I was having trouble with the pictures, I added a side by side, but they are different sizes. My son was making me hold the sword.- I am bad
- Favorite post-op foods
I loved chilli right post op- Looking for a better weight loss or am I crazy !!!!!!
Did you loose weight prior to surgery? Best thing to do is track calories, you maybe over eating. Do you have a nut? I think you need to track and review with your nut, that really helps me.- HELP! Lapband foods!
I am not much of a cook so I like egg whites and cheese in the morning. Turkey burgers or hamburger sometimes (w or w/o bun), meatballs, sausage and peppers, small pasta (ditalini) on occasion, chicken tacos w/ pico de gallo and ff kraft cheese, sushi, chinese chicken and brocolli on occasion, 1 slice of plain pizza w/ antipasta salad, chicken parm, salads, soups, chilli, avacados, corn on the cob. I go easy on carbs and high fat foods, prepare foods healthy, go for high protein. I can pretty much eat anything, just smaller portion and cut back on certain things. I even love ice cream and milk shakes, i just count the calories.Account
