You should tell your friends. Having their support would definitly make this easier on you. Maybe if they knew, when you alll go out and have sleepovers they can eat healthier too? Is there a reason why you dont want to tell them? i was 16 not too long ago lol and i do remember how hard society was and still is. I can only say that if its because you are afraid of getting a negative response, then you dont need friends like that. Congratulations on losing the first 30 lbs!!!
