thanks for the encouragement.....decided last friday to start the process so thought i would join forum. right now i can hardly walk and i know its the weight. i am prepared for whatever happens cos it doesn't get worse than high blood pressure and no action taken. tried every nutrition program, every weight loss meds, i hardly eat n still not losing anything. its time.
