  1. I am a flight attendant - send me a pm and we can chat. I fly domestic, but fly anywhere from 8-12 hours a day with lots of takeoff and landings. I've never had an issue - I eat before, during and after my flights.
  2. I'm a flight attendant and I eat and drink before, during and after my flights. I have to trust my own body, because if I followed these rules I'd go hungry and be dehydrated all day. I fly anywhere from 8-12 hours in one day so I just follow my body cues. Trust your instincts!
  3. Silly me! I didn't even see that there was a food thread! Oops!
  4. I am two week post op and can finally start my mushy diet. I need some good mushy food ideas. Last week I saw that someone had Fat Free refried Beans, a sprinkle of low fat cheese and dollop of fat free sour cream. I had about 10 bites of that last night and it was divine!! So I'd love any other creative ideas.
  5. I was banded 4/4, so 10 days post op. I have lost 10lbs, but seemed to have stalled even though I am not doing anything different. I'm so scared to move to the mushy part of the diet, because I've done so well with the shakes. Has anyone else felt this way?
  6. Are there any other Flight Attendants in the group? I've been banded since Apr 4 2013 and I was just wondering how it was flying with the band.
