  1. Please no diet pills! I'm 3 weeks out and I haven't loss anything in a week. I going to just try some of the suggestion that are above.
  2. I had my sleeve on 3/4 and today was my post op visit. I have been having this pain on the right side right under my breast. My doctor said today it may be my gallbladder and I may need to have it removed. I know I have read that people having there gallbladder removed but I wanted to know if this is really that common? I heard its more common when u had rapid weight loss. I've only lost 17 pounds post op but darn I'm only 2 weeks out ugggg
  3. Hi I would like to join! I'm only 3 week post op so i have no ideal what I'm capable of losing by June1 but I'm going to 40 pounds by June. That would be 20 pounds a month! Does that sound reasonable???? Lol Start weight 296 Pre op 292 3 weeks post op 275 June 1 235 ??? Lol Good luck everyone

  5. Hey I'm 10 days out and I made the mistake of over eating already. I ate a whole Greek yogurt. Then I was going over my paperwork again and found out that I was only suppose to be eating like 4 table soon at one setting. I say that to say if u are allowed a cheese it may not be a whole cheese stick maybe just 2 oz. I agree with everyone else go back to just the liquids and maybe yogurt, apple sauce, cottage cheese light foods. This is the most important stage letting ur sleeve heal! Good luck . .

  7. Hey I seen my doctor today. My pressure was great ( she checked it twice)! She said it may have been from the anesthesia and pain meds. She was nt too concerned since it happened once. Thanks for being concerned :-)
  8. She wasn't in today but they left her a message to call me first thing in the morning. I called my pcp didn't think to call WLS doctor. I will let u know what she says tomorrow :-)

  11. I was sleeved on Monday also and I'm having a little Diarrhea.
  12. Hi I'm 6 days post op and nothing u can do besides the gas x and walking. I'm so over these gas pains that I don't know what to do everyday it feels a little better tho ugggggg

Hi guys I was sleeved March 4. these gas pains are just so annoying there like in my chest and Shoulder smh The incision pain hurts when sitting down or sitting up or Laying down other than that not too bad! I can honestly say if it wasn't for the gas pains I will be ready to run my first marathon lol. There light at the end of the tunnel
  14. Hi Guys my surgery was March 4! I was knocked out until today lol Too much pain meds. The first day is tough but u can make it. Good luck to the rest of March sleevers
  15. I'm glad to hear from some of our march 1 and 2nd sleevers! Mines is 7:30 in the morning. I'm praying for all the march 4 people! I will keep u guys posted ASAP
