  1. I'm embarrassed. This is day 5 and I have cheated every single day. Nothing heavy or loaded with sugar but still that's not the point. I have salad with regular dressing, seafood salad and granola bar. Maybe I'm not ready:-( I'm I the only one?

  3. They will go over a list of things u can eat and drink for ur pre op, the week after surgery and two weeks after surgery. They will give u a list of protein shakes they recommend you use. It will be a breeze but take notes:-)
  4. Ok I understand where you all are coming from! By no means am I'm trying to cut corners. I do appreciate u guys looking out for me tho:-) plus I had to pay 175 outta pocket for my nutrition so I will be calling her every chance I get with questions lol
  5. Oh some said it helps shrink the liver?? I didn't know that but if I have questions I will contact my doctor from here on out! I just thought that what this site was for???
  6. Thanks All My question was only asked because I know how IMPORTANT Protein shakes are After surgery. Protein helps u build/keep ur muscles. With wls they don't want u losing muscles but fat instead. So it was a random question concerning the importance of it BEFORE surgery. I plan to listen to the advice of my doctor:-) Thanks Guys

  8. Well good luck tomorrow well keep each other posted on this two week journey. Yes we both need to get to the market ASAP before we get ourselves into trouble by not being prepared lol. Nevertheless I'm excited:-)
  9. Hey I'm a March 4 sleeve! I'm not prepared at all. I do have my protein shakes ready to go. Im going to wing it tomorrow until i get off work and go to the store to get my sugar free drinks and popsicles. My last meal was a fish sandwich from Burger King. I know I could have picked a better meal but I was in church all day! What do u plan to eat/drink tomorrow?
  10. You may have to work out harder! Think of the biggest loser they excise 8hrs a day. I'm not saying do that but I am saying a 15-30 min low impact workout may not do it! Don't be Discourage

  14. Hi Guys I'm one week away from starting my liquid diet. Part of me wants to pig out and get it all in before I start my liquid diet. But, the other part of me says start preparing your body. Did anyone else feel this way and what did u do pig out or got a earlier jump start to ur weight loss?
