Pre op 276
7.5 months post op hovering around 160
OH! And in the last picture I'm at the county fair - the SAME county fair who kicked me off a ride for being too big. Needless to say this experience was WONDERFUL and zero pain was involved with me being pinched in seats. I could hoist myself up with such ease and I fit in everything. It was amazing.

You look amazing

Anytime. Just remember you have rights and no one can take that away from you

Breath... Is ok. Go to hr and talk to them. Don't let this get in the way. Go straight to hr. You can trek your boss your protected by hippa and you have the right not to tell then what your going for. If you continue to have issues tell hr, is a big liability issue, your health is protected, its the law. Message me if you need support.

Yay. Also call you're insurance before just to make sure that you will be covered, kind of gets the ball moving

Get him involved in the process if you can. Will the Dr speak with him? If not' date=' go to counseling together to discuss the process and why it is good for you. He is afraid. There are so many horror stories out there this may help ease his mind. And I agree with Ranee, tons of support and encouragement.[/quote']The doctor said he wants him going with me and he says he's supportive but just seems like he's not. Its more how's he's treating me... Idk.. Hope something works out, no matter what it may be.
Thank you everyone

Hi. I read you're new read thread and I'm in the same boat. They want us to lose it so they can have more room to work inside, it also helps shrink the liver, which they need to pull back to get to our stomachs.
I have stated working out twice a week and I'm eating a high Protein diet with no sodas or anything else to drink but Water. I'm feeling better. Its only been two weeks though. Good luck. Letme know we can support each other

ok - this is what I tell my close gf’s - and I don’t know you - so take it for what it’s worth - you KNOW deep in your heart what you have to do - so...do it -It may hurt and suck - but DO IT.
Thank you. I will hold on to that

You are not a lone at all. I felt that way before. I got over it by telling friends but not ones i was super close too. I just tested the waters. Now i am a little more open. But it is a very scary thing to do. Some people will not be supportive, others will be very supportive...
Its a decision you made for you, not anyone else.

Hey everyone. So i need some advice... My bf and i are having trouble in paradise. Its like since i made this decision everything has spiraled out of control. At first he was not supportive and said it was the easy way out, yeah right, right. But then he came around and said that he supports me no matter what, and he wants me to be happy. But his actions are completely different. We have been together five years, broke up for a few months but just got back together about a month and a half ago.
He is to thin himself and has even said a few times that her is scared i will get thin and leave him.
At this point i don't know what to do because he is just acting so mean and different...
Is anyone else having trouble in paradise?? (if we can call it that)

But every surgeon is different

I stated by going to the seminar that my program offers. My surgeon/program did not require my primary doctors referral

Congratulations on your new start. How exciting this journey can be. Welcome!!

Has your back**

I know exactly how you feel. Its sad when they do not support you. My best friend is the same way. She says that we can do it, we can lose weight the "right" way. And diet and exercise, blah blah. She sits there preaching these things mean while she is fat... Grrr, drives me nuts.
I think the decision you made was amazing. Your life is about you and being there for your daughter. You have ask my support and everyone on here had your back

Just turn music on and dance. Go crazy. Its so fun and the baby should love it to

I am also in the same boat. I am leaning more to the full bypass only because its a bigger bang for my buck. Also with the sleeve being able to eat whatever i want scares the Dickens out of me. I never want to be this big again, maybe dumping its a good thing
