  8. I think this tread needs to be deleted at this point.... Enough said. Enough feeLings hurts. This is a SUPPORT GROUP
  9. I see where you're coming from but there is a difference between kicking someone down after they make a mistake and picking somebody up after they make a mistake. weren't you a lap band to vertical sleeve, how would you have felt if no one gave you a second chance. The whole point of this procedure is to change our lives it is to give us a second chance not to rub my mistakes interface
  10. you realize you are talking to people who have had bad connections with food. We cannot be perfect. We have struggled with this food and its emotional connections for our entire lives for some of us and for others for years. You cannot make a general stereo type like you have. if you are going to tell people that they aren't going to succeed add that they shouldn't get the surgery because they can't be perfect other diets that I think you don't belong in the support group. Because this is a SUPPORT group
  11. everybody makes mistakes. What is important is that you can acknowledge them. That is the only way you will be successful with this surgery. Perfection is not always the case. We are here to support and encourage each other. eating is an emotional game. We don't eat because we just randomly want to there are always feelings incorporated with it, its not always black and white. Good for you for seeing it and knowing that it won't happen again.
  12. Last weekend on solid food ladies. We got this

  19. Hey guys. So I'm new to this forum... I was originally going to get rny but decided on the vsg. I am scheduled for surgery may 20. Anywho i was curious how bc plays a role in surgery before and after? I know it's virtually ineffective with rny but what about vsg?? Also did you ladies have to stop before surgery because of risk for blood Clots?
