  1. I know haha, I'm just impatient. And I'm starting to notice my clothes fitting better, which is fine by me.

    As for veggies, I'm trying roasted squash and carrots and onions tomorrow for dinner. I went shopping today so I could expand my food options. As for the potatoes, I'm going to start subbing in mashed cauliflower. I keep seeing it all over pinterest and can't wait to try!


  2. You're a brave lady being up and about at day 3. I know thats normal for a lot of people though haha. I can't do broth anymore, I had to switch to low-sodium cream soups so I could feel like I was eating real food. Its the strangest thing, I feel like I have this big appetite again even though I'm really only eating three times a day or so plus water. Congrats on your loss! I feel like its almost hard to lose when you're not eating much of anything because your metabolism shuts down for self preservation. As for your before pictures- don't worry, I don't think I'll put up the really bad ones until I have something good to compare them to lol!
