  2. It hurts to eat when u feel full I am told (I haven't gotten to the point where I feel full) so I am guessing your body will train you when to stop eating. Your story is horrible i would have been pissed too, dont feel discouraged.

    If you breathe before you swallow a sip from your straw to break the seal so to say then you should have no issue. Just dont sip like your crazy lol
  6. Am I the only one? Ive only lost 30lbs but that is 30lbs of my boobs and butt that I dont wanna lose. I love my curves. I had to have sex with the lights off now because I'm self conscious of of my smaller boobs and scars. I know I spoke about this before getting my surgery and everyone reassured me...but now I'm scared because its getting real.

  12. Well since I was the OP in the thread she is talking about we all know I did this for my health. I believe everyone is beautiful regardless of what size they are so for me the looks thing doesnt make any sense but if it helps you feel that you look better that's great! I was told by the person who did my psych eval that she doesnt pass people who do this merely for looks. This was after my eval. I know I will look different but I will never say better. Edit: and the only reason that I repeated it over and over since you mention that is because people ask why did I get this surgery... and I repeat to be healthy. Its like a crime on this forum if your big to love your body and the way you look.

    How long before you were cleared for swimming?

    But this may be one thing you should really follow your surgeons advice because different surgeons use different methods of stapling, stitching, etc.

    I went to this health food store at 3 weeks and I had a little dixie cup sample of what I thought was tea because it was in a tea infuser...turns out it was wine. I'm still alive. Drank the whole cup too.
  19. I lost 30lbs my first three weeks and now have stalled completely. Everyone who says they have stalled says they lose inches during their stall and I'm not. I have been going to the gym since one week out and hate every minute of it (note:I used to love to exercise). Nothing is fitting me right any more and I look like I don't take care of myself. Any suggestions? I dont have money to buy new clothes every month. I am also losing any confidence I might have because I am starting to look funny. I know I know health is the most important thing but so is mental health. I look like a fat pre pubescent boy. I mustve had 30lbs of curves because they are gone but the rest of my fat is there. And I had a thread similar to this but I mustve accidently unsubscribed and I cant find it. I know everyone says patience but I swear if when this is all through if I look like a man I wont be able to live...oh boy and I can't wait for my hair to start falling out. Upset. Sorry for the rant.

    Week 1&2 clear liquids and protein drinks 2oz 3x per day Week 3- eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese and canned vegetables (2oz 3x per day) Week 4- everything in week 3 but add in fish Week 5- add in chicken and turkey Week 6- add in lean beef and pork
