My surgery is the 2nd of April I have my preop labs on the 28th I have not had a cigarette in 6 days and have been on my preop diet the same amount of time. I am looking so forward in getting my band over bypass goo luck all

What is everyone's stats I am at 321.2 lbs I started my preop diet at 325.2 on last wed. I am 5' 4'' my goals are 50 down by 9-2-13 and 100 down by 4-14

I walked out of my preop appointment and stopped smoking, started the preop diet gave up my coke and sweets it is hard but it is all for the greater good

Hello everyone my name is Julie and I am from Louisiana I had gastric bypass in 2007 and I don't know if my pouch expanded or something went wrong I haven't seen the dr since my 6 month checkup. I have gained back about 100 lbs and I still eat like a bird. I just don't understand why I am gaining. It has just been over the last 2 years can I get the band to loose the weight

I understand what has to be done like I said I lost 145 lbs total I was asking if the surgery could be done but thanks for all the advice

Hello I am new here and I go see the surgeon on Wednesday of this week. I had gastric bypass surgery about 5 years or so ago. I had lost about 100 lbs and now I have gained it all back . I went threw an abusive marriage and depression took ahold. By question is will the band work ? How long can it be adjusted? And what should I expect right after ? Is it different from the bypass? Starting weight is 325 Goal in 6 months is 275 Goal in 1 year is 225 Are these reasonable goals? Thanks Julie from Louisiana
