  1. When I mentioned the chicken and potato that was last week. My first week of the pre op diet was rough. This past week its the opposite. I don't feel hungry, I'm supposed to do 1120 calories but but the past few days I've had 700-900 calories and that's because I had to force myself to drink a Protein Shake cuz I know I need the Protein. I know its a process in changing the way u think about food. I'm excited for my procedure this coming Thursday and for my journey.

  3. My instructions: 2 Protein Shakes, two Protein Bars and one small meal that's 300-500 calories and at least 15 grams of Protein. Total calories of 1120 a day. I do think people are sometimes harsh, if they had no problems with food they wouldn't have gotten the band either. Half a chicken breast is a far cry from 3 pizzas...so I appreciate that someone stood up for me. Ill probably stick to reading posts for educational purposes since being human gets attitude. :)
