  1. I cannot answer your question about where it went or what to do. What I do know, is that not all patient records are completely accurate. Someone may have forgotten to write or enter a number, then guessed at the number when doing the final recording. Human error. I would wait that month out and see how it goes. There are days when my weight fluctuates 3-4 pounds from water retention etc., try not to get too caught up in the what ifs.. Good luck, hope you are now back on track!
  2. Normal even after a year according to three friends who complain about it. Good luck! Looking at them, I'd say it was worth it!
  3. I had a bar code on a lipstick that kept triggering it. Lol!
  4. Since it's so hot right now, I'm not getting much riding done. I have been doing ground work to interact with them as well as grooming. I do worry about not getting in enough water with the band, when it's in the 90's everyday! Mostly, I trail ride and work in the arena. Western saddle is my favorite. A little reining, a little cutting. Not into competition, too much traveling!
  5. So thrilled for you! You are going to love meeting the new you, or the old you, pre babies, pre weight! Relax, you've got this!
  6. You look so cute and happy sassy! Proud of you! Relaxing and enjoying life will never stop you- no that last 45 is as good as gone! Big hugs!
  7. Hair loss here too. Not sure for some of us, no matter what you take, shampoo with, rub into your hair... It still sheds out! Good luck! (Me too!)
  8. Trust funder. Lol!
  9. I have been looking for shift and A line dress patterns for summer sewing. This is what I found, in 1960, the measure chart on the back of the pattern package has me wearing a size between a 12 and-14 with my measurements taken yesterday. Size 12-14 On the Macys size chart for the same style dress with my measurements as of yesterday (2014), I should wear a size 2-4. What do you think about this? My first thought was the FB post someone sent about Marilyn Monrow being a size 12, the "average size of the modern American woman...uhhh nooooo! Her average size would be a 2-3 in today's sizing! Holy cow! Do you know how skinny they were back in the day??

  13. Try amazon- I don't think I have looked for anything that they don't sell! :-)
  14. No answer to your question- but just so thrilled for you having reached your goal weight!,,,

Anyone try hypnosis to avoid the candy temptation?
  17. Your calling the store reminds me that I am guilty- when I used to shop if it fit, if it was presentable- buy one in every color so that I did not have to continue to find something, anything. Now, I love to shop, but old habits are hard to break! I really have to stay focused that I only need one...! There are so many cute things in smaller sizes, why limit myself and budget, by purchasing repeats of the same thing! Welcome to your new size ! You've earned it!
  18. My goal is 10 thousand steps a day. When I first bought the fit bit, I was clipping it to the center of my bra. I live in the tropics, the moisture from sweat, caused it to not work- I think. Since then, I attach it to the pocket on my pants, shoe etc.. No problems since I changed location. I consistently wore it faithfully everyday, what a motivator! When it broke, I got out of the habit, but since you reminded me, I will have to locate it and get back on track! The best way for me to make sure to get all my steps in, is walking the dogs, or pushing the stroller! Have fun!
  19. With the fit bit, when you set up your stats, it changes the amount of steps, also, even though they say clip to your bra, you don't register as many steps. My husband, taller, heavier, will walk the exact amount of steps with me, and mine will register less steps!! The only thing I can figure out, his stride must be registering longer distance?
  20. Never heard of it, but did see the fitbit band at SAMs club yesterday. I have bought fitbit on Amazon, and the Apple Store. One nice thing about fitbit, when one went bad, I emailed them, they replaced it with a new one for free. Regardless of which one you have, it's great motivation! Have fun competing with yourself!
  21. Mommabird, that was so caring of you! Blessings right back to you. Most people would not go out of their way to stand up for and to- a bully! Kudos!
  22. It's true, only those who have been there and done that not only get it but feel your joy for you all over again! Happy dance! Wooot whooot!
