No change since last posting. Missed last week's as I was on the road.
Anyone besides me struggling? Seems like everyone who has continued to post their weight is continuing downward...except me. :-/

Had my year appointment last week. Doctor was thrilled - even though I was not. I have been struggling to lose the last 60 days or so. He wasn't alarmed as my measurements continue to get smaller even though the scale isn't moving too fast. That being said, I'm pretty sure if I were eating a little cleaner, I'd be doing some better.
Can't really complain though!

Down two pounds this week....guess it was just a stall. . I'm already eating full fat everything...cheese, 2% milk, 1/2 and 1/2 Creamer, 4% Greek yogurt (which is kind of hard to find), 4% cottage cheese, etc. I'm eating lots of nuts, bread, whole grain Cereal and bars (Instead of Protein bars), granola, lots of fruit, and starchy veggies. I drink 100% fruit juice instead of 0 cal sugar free drinks. I might have to resort to ice cream and potato chips because I refuse to drop another size.
Never thought I'd have these kinds of "problems"!
