so true ! the only thing i cant eat with my band is bread and the foods i wont eat are cokes cheese burgers pizza ect... gotta follow those band rules

yup i was 8.5 cc and way to tight Water couldnt even go down and i didnt feel this till 2 days after my fill but now im a okay 7cc they took some out not sure i want it back in up to 8cc again

happy to hear that hopefully ill get to the point of where i can walk every day is my goal with out giving up is my goal

hi my band buddies im walking and i need some encouragement really bad i dont want to give up everytime i start i say oh ill do it again the next day ill start next monday so if ur a constant poster on the forum pls encourage me to walk every morning around 10 or 11 am i live in tx so if there is a time difference thanks god bless

well i know how you feel but i had a much different nurse i didnt feel restricted till my 6th fill i was worried cause i wanted to feel that feeling of restriction bc i was eating small but still eating well like if i could over eat i never over ate but i knew that i could like if my mind doesnt quite yet know when to stop eating with out that restriction and thats harder to learn then jenny grieg ill tell u that this isnt a diet this is a life style im changing every effort every struggle i carry with me but it makes me try that much harder ive lost 85 pounds i was banded march 30 2012 and im proud to say im trying every day

i know nosey ppl i have a few cousins and there all asking one of them had the lap band and she never lost weight which sucks but she never told anyone about her surgery the reason for her not loosing weight was bc she couldnt afford the fills and she didnt follow the rules as i told her theres no magic cure every weight loss takes hard work engery and postive ppl in ur life including ur self but she keeps pressuring me and thinking im on pills i just looked at her weird and said nope just eating small walking Water no cokes no fast food !!!!!

im still trying to figure out now cause they see im loosing weight and there not believing the hernia story anymore lol but im not telling

its a choice you on ur own have to make that better suits youre needs and how it fits youre life style best of luck

i know at times u can feel frustrated but its important u remember that its all worth it and ur doing great best of luck hope all is well

lol its a a lil hard to explaine but i understand what youre saying i had to explaine it to friends and family i too also had to research it lol

yeah it just depends on ur body it could be ur 4 th 6th maybe even ur 8th till u feel perfect!!! so no worries but right now u feel restricted cause uv just had surgery youre swollen and my dr put just a lil fill in there to begin w to see how ill do with surgery and the band

what u eat for protien and thanks for the support im a getting a lil stuck on 80 pounds hopefully i can increase my weight loss may i ask if i had the band already ?

thats what i said too i told everyone i was having a hernia repair but when they started seeing i was loosing weight they started asking questions but i didnt budge i dont want them to judge me lol that rhymes best of luck
