congrats!!! that is accomplishment it still doesnt make since of why he would tell you to stop loosing weight how do u feel with ur band right now you dont feel to tight or anything like that ? bc if u had ur max on fills he wont fill u unless like 6 mths later u came back and asked to get filled cause u felt like u were to loose around ur band and if 4 cc is all u can fit any more would cause an eating issuse he might not want to fill u just for that reason

omg im proud to say im healthy first off just found out my blood work came back alot better then last time im almost a year out in march 30 2012 and ive lost 85 pounds dropped from a 24 to a size 16 !!!! woo hoo bandster buddies the good news just keeps a comin!!!

were here for you but you need to let ur doc know what ur feeling bc he cant help u if u dont feel comfortable with him maybe ask his PA or his nurse u r a brave person because u made a step to change ur life and that was hard enough all u have to do is learn how eat with the band and to prepare u its never easy to start a new path but u already did all u have do is follow it through best of luck and success keep us posted

ive heard it to be common with lots of bansters bc when u get it unfilled and then get it filled it almost like a defect it never gonna be the same i dont whats the cause of why it does that but u may want to discuss it with ur doc but that was great with how much weight u lost i read ur post i was like wow shes doing great keep of the good work im sure ur doc will fine a solution once u explaine ur concerns maybe he will give u more fill at ur next appt good luck

no not ne i was in and patient although they did mess my arm up wow worse freaking experience ever im in nursing school nurse decides to put the needle in my vein but decide to not put it in correctly and meds go into my arm instead of my vein so im in massive pain with huge knot on my arm i was so mad i told nurse let me do it !!! but i do had the hernia repair and the eye band is what he called it and the lap band and i went home afterwards

first my banster buddie may i ask a couple of questions before i give u some advise when was ur surgery and how much have u lost on averge how much do u loose a mth and how many fills have u had ? so i more or less know why this doc wont give u any more fills bc my doc great doc i lost 19 pounds one mth and still gave me a fill on my 8th fill but he gave me very lil that time just enough and i asked when do i have to stop coming he said when ever ur in the green zone past 10 cc if u still feel comfortable but i was still eating so i was still going till i had allergys mess with me then has some taken out so it also very much so depends on the doctor too but ive lost 85 pounds but i dont why he would say you needed to stop loosing weight unless u already met ur goal so just update us so we can help best of luck

i only told parents and my hubby who hubby doesnt have filtter told his sister who told her mom and ask why did i do if i look fine lord i turned red all i said coooouch !!!! and ur special blanket i didnt talk to him for two days bc if i wanted to tell someone its for me to decide not him its hard for me to tell ppl just bc u dont know what there reaction will be towards the band

i have never before in my life have had allergys now all of the sudden i have allergys so my band tends to feel tighter on certain days but a bright side never slipped or leaked so i feel blessed

wow that is great i feel so happy when other ppl are meeting there goals i feel more encouraged to do the same

im very sorry for all youve gone through if i was you and i was walking through ur shoes honestly i would do it bc in this life u only have one and u cant live it twice if ur un healthy i have my daughter that i did the surgery for bc i wanted to run with her to be here for as long as i could and then there was me to feel better about my self i have back issues due to weight so if ur scared i cant tell you not be scared but to have faith and hope for ur self and ur family the anethesia it has come along way but i would some research if u have problems waking up for me i would really decide in my mind and heart is it all worth all the risks ima bout to take i hope this helps keep us updated on how ur doing best of luck

b52 not really bc due to different bodies u dont knw whats the cause of the swelling if it was due to vomiting or allergys leak in band band sliped understanding the problem is one think knowing is another thats why u always consult with ur doctor good luck on ur journey

how long has it been since ur surgery bc i paid cash and got free fills for a year after that my insurance take over

no to the lil red devil can full suguar but the check with the doctor u could keep drinking perrier i do @7cc i still drink it with no problem just slow sips of the perrier but if ur have the addiction like i did then every once in a while not often take a sip or two but slow but further down in ur journey it wont be the same i used to drink cokes as if they were water 6 a day but now rarely just when i feel and urge i will never be able to drink them like i used too good luck

i know how yall feel i call those the shakes bc ur getting all the bad food out of ur system not all ppl go through this but i did and it was baaad i was depressed upset angry eating at night i too lost only 3 pounds one mth but i didnt let that stop me everytime u have a fill u get a lil bit stronger even if its a pound its getting u there now i m at 7cc loosing 6 to 10 pounds a mth with lil excerise and i still have cravings and snacks and eat at night pls remember each time will get easier at night if im hungry i have a small piece of chocolate if i want cokes i have a sip or two which i used to have 6 cokes a day im 85 pounds lighter almost a year out and i went from a size 24 to a 16 i feeeel greaaat its amazing i felt everything ur feeling right now and still a lil till this have addiction to food it never goes away i still have my days hang in there best of luck

yup i still get that from lots of ppl but my heart is gold and if ur friend ill be here when u need me

that would be nice or when u have an unexpected stuck of food in ur throat lol those r the worst
