I think its bs to have to wait. I think there should be some kind of test standardized for vsg & if u pass you go up the waiting list. Everyone says how the wait gave them time to get their s--t together & they really liked it. I call BS on that. It sucks & is un-necessary. I know more about vsg than my Nut. The classes are a joke. If someone is serious about this surgery they'll put in the work to find answers or ask here. 1 week of reading posts here & I can teach the damn classes. allons-y

I'd order some Syntrax nectars now! If u go to their official website they'll send you some variety sampler packs for much cheaper than other retailers. I buy my nectar from Vitamin shoppe website bc cheap 35$ for2lb tub & free shipping. I like the lemonade it tastes like watered down lemon Jello. I mix my mio into it for variety. I work in the medical field & it happens all the time. Insurance companies routinely IMHO- "didn't receive" authorization requests or they say they only got part of it. Drives me crazy! allons-y

I get asked this at work a lot & i tell them oh I'm due in 2015. They have a new program that lets you stall til they can take care of themselves. Or I just flat out say no i'm just fat, get over it. allons-y

I think part of that issue is if you go between the mobile ap & the laptop version you can't see peoples trackers & footers. So it may be in the signature but only the desktop ppl can see it. I know I like the desktop version better but use mobile more... allons-y

Girl fake it until you make it. I can't believe my ins would not approve until I met their requirements of eating 5 servings of veggies &2 fruits a day. That has nothing to do w/ post op lifestyles for us sleevers. Jump through their hoops. And wear your heaviest outfit & stuff ur bra w/ quarters so u can be heavier at ur first weigh in. Then you'll def. lose a bit at next visit. allons-y

An old ww quote I still follow. I can't lose 10# but I know I can lose 1# ten times. Start small. Take it hour by hour. I know I do. Also i pay myself not to eat things. allons-y

I bought mine at world market for 6.95 each. I got the pumps on amazon five for $3. I really reccomend the pumps bc it makes it easy to just get a small amount. My dad has taken to using the peach sugar free in his cottage cheese. I like to jazz up shakes, coffee drinks & yougurts with them. I got salted caramel, hazelnut , chocolate & peach. allons-y

Cottage cheese is also super easy to make at home. Then you control whats in it. Google it! I made it in pre-k ! allons-y

United also seems to pay the worst of all the insurances so they may be trying to get you to buffer their payment. allons-y

I like the Syntrax nectars. Specifically I like the roadside lemonaide and the Cappuccino. I mix them in a cup w/ a spoon, bc blender or Blender Bottle makes too much froth. I put the powder & then a little Water to make paste & then gradually add water. I like the cappuccino with 1/2 water & 1/2 lactaid. I'm lactose intolerant -never really like to drink milk. Its more along the flavor profile of mean bean monster that way. Its decaf though. I mix lemonaide with all water & then serve over ice. I reccommend getting a sampler before you commit to a tub. allons-y

Google weight loss surgery appeals lawyers. Www.wlsappeals.com I've heard good things about them. My local bariatric group says to get a lawyer & appeal always. Its cheaper than self pay & you are sure to get coverage if you have complications later. If u give up & go to Mexico you could end up in mucho bills. allons-y
