Cut my hair.....it's a new day

finally got to a point where I know when to stop eating....I eat to live....I don't live to eat anymore.

got my new asics yesterday....I love fresh running shoes

I have a tenative date.

I have my first appointment with the nutritionist and the psycotherapist tomorrow....excited and nervous

Instead of BBQ for Memorial Day my fam and took a 3.2 mile hike with a picnic

my scale broke :-(

My surgery date is 7/17/13 provided I receive an approval

offically got an approval yayyyy me. Tenative date of 7/16/13

On my PSMF diet and lost 9 lbs in 4 days.....whooohooo

so I actually lost 8lbs according my dr's office and I am just waiting for an approval and surgery date yayyyyy

uh oh....today is my last weigh in. I'm excited and anxious....I lost a total of 5 lbs and and a whopping 3 inches off my waist.

Worked out for 40 mins of Turbo Jam and Hiked 3.2 miles....then ended off by going to the lake. A wonderful day!
