    Hi Guys, im Nina. I had the lap band surgery done about 2 years ago. End of Feb 2005. Ive since lost 40 kgs, but need to lose another 10 to be the recomended weight for my height. Ive stopped losing weight a few months ago, even though im doing regular exercise and eating right. Any sugestions?
