  1. Am I the only one afraid to go bald? My hair loss has been ongoing for 2 months and it doesn't seem like its going to stop any time soon. Suggestions? Thoughts? Experiences? Advice? Something!
  2. Thanks so much! I struggle a lot with my protein intake. I'm almost 6 months post op and can only intake 2 spoonfuls of food. Maybe if I eat slower my body will take in more. I'm thinking about going back to protein shakes so I can get in my protein.
  3. What vitamins do you guys take? My hair loss has been depressing me lately and I want to ensure I'm getting all my nutrients in. Thanks in advance!
  4. How slow are y'all eating?
  5. I need to step up my fruit game!
  6. I've lost 73 lbs. I drink my fluids easily. Solids are hard though! I need to take the tiniest bite in order to swallow it. Does that sound normal? I also need to wait 2 to 3 minutes before taking my second tiny bite? Normal? Lol
  7. Hey guys! I'm about to be 6 months post op and I'm struggling to eat more than 2 spoonfuls per meal :/ what does your diet consist of? How much do you consume?
  8. I can eat a considerable amount of mushy foods. Maybe I'm eating too fast? Rather than get full my stomach starts hurting.
  9. Ok so the subject line has nothing to do with my inquiry I'm 5 months post op and I can only eat about 3 very small bites before my stomach feels uneasy. Now I know this is what I signed up for but I just wanted to know if eventually I will be able to eat more. I want to start working out but being that I eat so little, I usually get light headed. Will I ever be able to eat more than 3 small bites?
  10. I'm jealous! I can't seem to eat anything! I just turned 5 months today.

Visited my Gyno today. He said my rapid weight loss is the reason for me not getting my period.
  12. Hope the tip works for everyone!
  13. I wonder why I get sick if I don't eat extremely slow? I also need to take extremely small bites. It can get annoying.
  14. How slow does everyone eat? By the time I get to my second bite my food is already cold!
  15. So I'm 6 months post op and have been having horrible hair loss! It's been pretty depressing :/ my mom told me to try garnier fructis fight fall and I've only used it today and it has worked wonders for me! I used both the shampoo and conditioner and my hair loss was reduced by at least 70 percent! Best part is that it is cheap and you can pretty much find it anywhere! I bought mine at wal mart. I wanted to share the wealth since I know that many of us are or will be going through the same thing. Let me know how it works for you guys!
  16. Thank you! I felt fabulous! I love shopping now.
  17. Today I went shopping and bought a size 12! Not bad for being a size 20 in January. Just a thought
