  1. Way to go!! You look awesome. Thanks for the motivation
  2. You look awesome, btw!!!
  3. I have the same problem and think about this often. I know in the past I remember being comfortable at 165, but I am also loosing weight different than before (if that makes any sense). I just think its one of those things that you will know when ya know.
  4. Haha - heard all I need to hear. Gonna tell my boyfriend doc said he has to buy me a ring can't argue with a doctor after all
  5. I sent you a friend request in Jawbone, however I am not sure what you are asking as far as the nutritional values. Are you wanting to know for a cretin item or daily recommended amounts?
  6. I do crunches and was never told I couldn't. I even asked and was told it was fine. Every doctor is different though I guess.
  7. I am about 8 months post op and I still have left shoulder pain. I tried to explain this to my doctor, who is also a band patient, when I went in for my last fill. He said he experiences this as well when he eats to much and there is stress on the band. The weird thing is and what I couldn't seem to get him to understand is that I experience this when I am extremely hungry or have not eaten for a long amount of time. Eating usually makes mine go away. Seems I am the opposite of most people as I have hear this can also be a "soft signal" to stop eating.
  8. 99% Cotton, 1% Elastane • Soft stretch cotton denim • Low 8.25” front rise • Higher 13.5” back rise • Fitted thru hip • Relaxed 20.5” leg opening • Light vintage wash • Whiskering and fading
  9. Oh My! I love peacocks, so pretty!!
  10. Janet Evanovich Plum series is awesome. It takes a lot to make me laugh out loud, but these books do it. Highly recommended!! So far there are 19 books in the series and book 20 comes out November 19, cant wait!
  11. Right now you should be focused on healing and not weight loss!! 15 days post op and you are already working out on an elliptical?!? Most people are not cleared for exercise (aside from walking) until about 3 months post op. Has your doctor approved this? I am worried you could really cause yourself harm...
  12. Awesome!! Great Job. You rock girlie
  13. Also if you tell them you are having your gallbladder removed and then later actually end up needed it removed, which is a lot of time the case with Lap band patients, what will you tell them then. My advice is tell the truth or don't tell them anything at all, just that you are having surgery.
  14. I have heard of it, but it is rare. Sounds better to me. Plus you don't have to worry about it being as obvious and sticking out as you loose weight I wouldn't think.
  15. Like you I wasnt going to tell my employer. I was just going to take a week of vacation and get it done. Then one day it just kind of came out. He was SOOO supportive. Apparently his wife had had it done as well. He made me sign up for short term disability so I could get as much time as I needed off, which I ended up needing!! He made me feel so much better about taking the time off. Best thing I could have done.
  16. Awesome Job!!! Keep at it and I promise you it is the best feeling ever! I finished the program week before last and it was probably one of my proudest moments. You can do it! If you need an accountability partner, i'm here I am starting the 10k program today.
  17. I have yet to get a new belt for work. I just keep adding holes to my old one. Today for fun I buckled it to my pre surgery hole. Loved the results think I'll keep this belt as long as possible just for motivation.
  18. I have a pair of boyfriend jeans from AE. They are a 14 short, though.
  19. I have a pair of the boyfriend jeans from AE, but they are short in length.
  20. There are a lot of different options out there. Are you wanting something that is premixed? If so, I highly recommend PureProtein. Its a little more expensive, but in my opinion way better. They sell it in the tubs of power as well and it is cheaper that way. After trying tons of different powders I found that I liked the premixed better. However, If you are fine with powder and mixing them yourself I know places like GNC sell sample single servings so you can try out different flavors/brands before committing to one. That would be my suggestion. Hope it helps. I have not tried the Isopure Zero Carb
