All I can say is do we really want the government handling one more thing that they will screw up? Even their website is up and running, and it does not work. The people will be penalized if they do not have healthcare! It will be taken out of your taxes. That is not living in a free country. And this is something to really ponder over: do you really want the government making life and death decisions on your Mother, Father, Aunt, Uncle, Grandmother, Grandfather, Son or Daughter. "Gee, we're sorry, we don't think she/he needs X treatment since they're gonna die anyways. There was talk recently of delaying mammograms! But because everyone knows it's necessary, they retracted that. And they are exempt from this healthcare. That's why they were arguing about it. Mr Obama vetoed the bill to include them. Gee I wonder why that is. Because they know they are screwing the American people!

Well I became creative with omelets, by adding crabmeat and Monterey Jack cheese. If you don't like that there is meat loafs, cottage cheese, fish, chicken, chili, there's tons of stuff.

As a another day passes, and another pound lost, I feel happier, confident, and stronger. Being able to look at individuals who I used to fear, now I don't waste my time over them. I used to be upset, now I feel so much better. As if a fog has been lifted. Who knows, maybe that has to do with eating healthier. They do say bad foods are addicting. But all I know, I feel good. And I want to continue feeling this way.

Another NSV is doing all my running around and finishing, not like before I had to quit because I was tired. Today, after work I came home cut the grass, made dinner, dishes, and even made homemade Gluten Free Brownies for my son who has Celiac...!!!! And now I'm going to playing his favorite card game!!! Yeah, this would have taken me a week ack in the day!!

Just realized this one today!!! I haven't laid down to zip my jeans, in forever. Even after washing them. After I do laundry, I keep expecting them not to fit, and it continues to amaze me, the do!!! Yay

um, why purposely cheat...?? then why have the band?? to be successful, you too have to change. sure, there are times when you have to make the most healthiest choice out of bad choices, when you have no control. yes, it may work today, or tomorrow. but with doing so, you might wind up being those who are unsuccessful. do you really want that? i know i don''t. in fact, i'm getting a new high off of everyone telling me how great i look. the more i hear it, the better i feel!!

I almost forgot to share, the NO COMMENT. Just stare.....!

I've had a difficult time posting a profile picture of myself on Facebook. I used to have pics of "things" but never me. Yesterday I did it! I received many positive reviews!! I didn't have the courage before. Since summer, I've been taking pictures of myself. I finally decided to do it. And you know what, it felt good!!

When I started this journey, I completely felt this way. We are so used to it, when it changes, mentally we do not see it. What I found helps, is to look at past pictures and compare to current pictures. It takes some time getting used to it. I also started taking pictures of myself, for some reason I can "see" it on the photo.

Actually, I can't help but wonder if many individuals are Gluten Intolerant, and us before hand. Gluten is very difficult for our stomach to digest.

Wow! Hahaha, this is a great topic!!! I've heard so many things, but it always amazes me when people are rude. Its as though, they don't believe my transformation, and sometimes it seems like in a bad way. But whats really funny, my weight would be the same from the last time I saw them. I always wonder why they didn't notice last time. One really nice compliment I received yesterday was, "Wow, you like just like you did in High School". I will admit, I am still beaming today from that one!!

I liked making omelets. I even got creative with them. Just think of your regular meals, and omit the carb. It does get easier. You can look online for carb free meals. Meatloaf was another good one. We barely put filler in it. Cottage cheese was good too. The soft stage doesn't last too long. Good luck
