Hey so glad to hear of the positive outcome!
12 lbs are 12 lbs that were there the week before and not now, so you are doing the right things.
You will hopefully be able before long to eat a meal quicker than 45 minutes but by being cautious you are being respective and I do have a lot of respect for my band!!!
