  1. I too am in the recent promotion bunch into a high stress and demanding jjob (you know everything is on fire all of the time) one week after i can back from my loa for band placement... You need to prepare prepare prepare.

    i keep helthy high protien food in the fridge and freezer. i kept Protein Bars everywhere.. i keep Water bottles that i drank and dried filled with one portion of powdered Protein mix.. gallons of Water under my desk along with my tennis shoes and a bunch of sock... prepare yourself to be successful put reminders in outlook or your phone every 4 hours that say...have i eaten, make a good choice


  2. sorry.. im was banded in January...but in my 35 years of dieting has taught me that you need to dust yourself off and start again...not tomorrow but the nedt time you pit somethimg in your mouth...really think about and i hungry or am i boare..stressed figure out if you are attaching you emotions to your mouth
