scale said 280 today, I was so shocked I got back on to make sure I read it right. Feeling great.

I am just checking in two months out and down 19 pounds. Also over three weeks no smoking. I am so glad I did this.

Ok took several hours to get it right but have my couch to 5k program loaded on mp3 player. (Actually 2 or 3 of them so I can find the one with music I like) they are 9 week programs but I think mine will be at least 12 weeks.

10 days and counting down!!!!

I never knew days could go sooo slow. 11 days to go. hopefully will go faster after pre op next wed.
