I have only lost a small amount of weight. I was banded on april 16, 2004. I can eat A LOT! I'm embarrassed to go back for a fill as I've gained like 25 pounds back! :phanvan

Hi...congrats. I was banded on 4/16 and I've lost 27 pounds. Soft foods is easy. Just chew well and eat mushy stuff. Crackers, eggs, Peanut Butter, tuna, finally back to real food! Woo Hoo! Robin 4/16/04 Dr. Geiss 296/269/mini-goal 250

Hi all. Just banded on 4/16. Feeling great on the liquid diet. Worried about my transition to soft foods. Any advice?
