Hi there You are not alone at all! My BMI is 42.8 , and I am in a 6months program too. We have similarities. That same week in Jan I will have my 5th weigh in. I think about getting my sleeve done day and night. I ve lost 8lbs . Which I too had concerns about going under a BMI of 40 with only few co morbidities. But the six months are proving to be good for me. Its helping changing my old habits. I actually feel better when I'm eating right too. I'm now 3 quarters way through. Sounds like you are too. Keep your head up! Better health 2013 here we come! Happy New year!- New Member of this site
Welcome! You are not alone with your concerns. This is a good topic! I had a knee procedure before and was out the entire time lol. Woke up and they gave me more meds. Now I'm pre op too. As far as hair loss, I feel you. I once cut my hair short and was upset over it. My "Co workers said to me don't stress it's just hair." I took me to face this problem more than once to feel like my co worker. So, I understand how you feel too. So, I Started Biotin, Silica and a good Multivitamin for my hair issue. I can't wait for my sleeve. You gonna do fine! Be encourage We are here for support. Good luck!- Pic, 50 pounds down at 4 months out
