Im doing well I had surgery 1/24 and lost 32 lbs so far. I have had no complications. I am getting my Protein in easily with lots of chicken, eggs and fish. maybe try Unjury unflavored in oj can't taste it and it's 20 grams per serving. I add fresh lemons and limes to my Water for some spunk

I weighed myself for the first time and I lost 17 lbs already!! Is this normal or too much?

I am happy to say I am starting to feel back to. my old self! I thought it was going to be a breeze, but boy was I wrong!! I just started full liquids so I'm excited about that!

My doc pumped me full of so much anti nausea meds, I don't think its possible I could have been sick! Lol I also wore the tiny patch behind my ear for 3 days to prevent nausea. I hope all you new bandsters recover well and best wishes to you all!
