  8. I am 4 months post op/ 16 wks. I am down 48 lbs since surgery. 82 lbs since seeing my surgeon for the first time on Oct. 17th. The last 2 wks I have only dropped 1 lb a week, but my body is changing!!! I follow the dietition and dr.'s orders pretty close. I have had a bite or two of some things I shouldn't. I am not perfect. But I love my sleeve. I have been having hip/lower back issues so my exercise routine isn't what I would like, but like I said my body is changing. I have gone from a tight 22 jeans/shorts I am now in a size 14 misses! I am still buying 18/20 tops because I don't like clingy shirts. I am 52, 5'7" and started out at 287 lbs. Again, everyone is different. Good Luck!

  11. I think you are doing fine. I weigh in the morning then I am putting my scale up! I tend to step on it every day, (NOT GOOD). Everyone is different. You are losing and thats what counts and if you aren't losing your body is adjusting. I am just a week or so a head of you. 15 wks tomorrow. Good Luck! Keep your chin up.
  12. I followed a diet given to me by my dietition, and the last couple of weeks before the 10 day diet, She upped my protein to 95 g a day. The the 10 day diet I got to eat small meal at lunch and dinner the first five days then it was protein shakes popcicles and broth the last five days. I didn't think it was to bad. You will survive.
  13. Woo Hoo, You are doing so good. Can't wait to get there myself.
  14. Our heads play a mean game! Today I see a difference when I look at my newest pictures, but not as much of a difference when I look at myself. We will get there.
  15. You look great! Congrats on your new life.
  16. Sounds like you are doing great! Arent those swabs just wonderful when you can't have anything else? lol Glad you are feeling so good.
  17. Also you are retaining fluid and air from the surgery. If they were pumping you full of IV fluids. And the air from blowing you up during surgery. Good luck and it will come, the weight loss.
  18. Awesome!
  19. Great Job!!! Keep it up!
  20. I stalled at around 2 wks and it lasted at least 2 wks. I finally upped my Protein and it helped a lot. Although I will admit that when I was stalled on the scale my body was down sizing.
