My BMI is 34. I am 5'2 and weight 194. I am getting banded on the 28th of this month. I am doing it for health. I don't want to get bigger and have more to lose. So absolutely DO IT!!!!! -
Saw my surgeon yesterday. He said Biotin and omegas help alot.

I went to the official meet and greet with Dr. Hollis today. A lot of good questions and answers. More than anything he said this is a tool and that we needed to follow the rules for this to be successful. I am very excited. I hope to lose the weight I want. -
I will be banded on the 28th of this month. Really excited and nervous.
