  1. Damn girl, you look great! Congratulations!
  2. Thank you; this has been a lot of help!
  3. I just started my pre op diet Monday and I'm down 8 lbs according to the scale. I'm sure it's water weight but I'll take it!
  4. It's great to read this and not feel so totally alone in these feelings. Break it down into small goals. We'll get there!
  5. My surgeon said to go ahead and get the band and that I could just keep losing during pregnancy.
  6. I'd love that! My surgeon has had me start my pre-op liquid diet yesterday. 600-800 calories a day only liquids.
  7. Yesterday was good. Today I want crab Rangoon so badly I can taste them but I'm staying strong...
  8. I'm here and raring to go! My surgery is Dec 17th!!
  9. I'm also being banded on the 17th. So far I've drank 100% gold standard chocolate with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I bought some Nectar sample packs to try.
  10. Liquid diet begins today. It seems so unreal that I'm having surgery in two weeks!
  11. Oh I'm super excited! I just hit a wall where I'm just....ready.
  12. Just finished the last step before surgery day! Holy crap this is coming soon!!!
  13. I'm just starting out on the process. It's been three weeks since I decided to have the surgery and I'm scheduled for 12/17. The bariatric center has been amazing in helping me get what I need done. The nutritionist was great and gave me her cell phone number for questions. I've met my surgeon twice and both times he's answered every question I had. I have a CMET scheduled for today and then I start the pre-op diet Monday.
  14. I'm so glad I've read this! To be honest after reading some of the threads lately, I've been a little scared to post! I don't have a surgery date yet but should have an idea of when on Wednesday. I'm planning on having enchiladas from my favorite restaurant as my last meal. Saddest part? The restaurant is an hour away, but we're road tripping baby!!
  15. Could I please get a copy too? Kriscakes7@gmail.com Thank you!!
  16. Could I please get a copy too? kriscakes7@gmail.com. Thanks!
  17. Doing the work has never been the problem. I haven't been banded yet but I eat 1500 calories a day. I track my intake with MyFitnessPal and work out by doing a boot camp 3x/week, and 1/2-1hr of cardio 3xs/week. My weight hasn't gone down and I'm always hungry and tired. I'm just psyching my self out with the nutritionist thing...
  18. I have my nutrition consult today and I'm really nervous. I know it sounds silly but I'm so scared that she's going to tell me that I just need to try all the things I've already been trying for years!
