Cleaning up and not having to sit down a million times My man wrapping his arms all the way around me Goin up a flight of stairs and not being winded Sliding on a pair of jeans and tracking they are too big in the waist Getting compliments from coworkers Having fun shopping again Crossing my legs Feeling comfortable at business mtgs Revamping my entire style

    My Journey

    I feel exactly like you do . I haven't told anyone and my coworkers are having a field day. They tell me everyday how good I looke and what I'm doing. Ins coworker asked me if I'm taking anything . I said nope just working out , which I am and portion control. They know I do 5 am workouts 5-6 days a week . I've decided not to tell them , I think it would shatter a few people because I have encouraged quite a few at work to start exercising and eat better. You do whatever makes u comfortable ... Great job! Keep it up. Slow and steady always wins.

    Shopping NSV

    I used to dread going shopping. I hated how I looked in the mirror. Let's just say 3-4 months ago I was wearing a size 24/26 . I wanted to buy these fitted straight leg pants . I picked up a size 18 and they slid right on. Bit guess what, they were a lil too big. Guess what size I bought. A size 16!!!!!! Unbelievable. And to think in the next 4 weeks I will be in a 14. It's moments like this that keeps me waking up at 5 am working out. I'm so proud and grateful!!! 100lbs here I come... 50lbs down, 50 more to go'

  16. Finally did it for the first part of my weight loss journey! I'm so excited. Today my husband said he could really see the difference . I feel so amazing . I took this picture and thought I was dreaming. I have been working out at 5 am like crazy and I'm not going to stop. I have 109 more to go and I know I can do it. This lapband is amazing and I'm going to work it to the fullest . Highest 2013: 331 PreOp: 319 Day of surgery: 306 Current Weight: 269 Goal Weight: 160 Height: 5'8

  18. I am 2 1/2 months newly banded and so far I am down 47 lbs including preop . I just got my 3 rd fill and I hope this month is much better . My doctor said I was eating too much processed carbs so I need more protein. My problem is I need some sample meal plans to help me plan my weeks to eat better. Any suggestions or websites ? I'm also using My Fitness Pal which has been part of my success too! I stay at 1000 calories but normally don't eat but abt 600-800 on average .
