Ok my surgeon requested that I so a sleep study . I just got the results and I so have it . I'm not surprised due to being so overweight . My surgery is Friday , July 5 th! My surgeon requested that I do a second night with the mask . Do I wait till after the surgery ?

I can't believe it's here' seems like forever! I am ready for my life to change . I have never had surgery before so this is a huge step for me. I'm so proud. So far 12 lbs down from the pre op diet. Any advice on my post op diet !

Happy 4th ladies! Surgery is tomorrow ! I can't believe it ! I feel like I'm in a world wind of emotions . I don't feel prepared ... I don't know what to buy for foods after surgery . My surgeon is keeping me overnight . I had a sleep study done and I have sleep apnea . So with the weight loss it will go away ! What foods should I have on hand for after the surgery ? -

My surgery is on Fridayyyyy! July 5th ... I'm so excited ! I'm still goin strong on my pre op... My mother in law came into the country to visit with us so she will b here to take care of me as well! I'm so excited.. My coworkers r noticing my weight loss so when I come back from vacation it won't b so obvious! I can't sit still ! The time has finally come ... -
I have not started my pre op diet but I will very sponsor . Wanted to get a head start . What's the best brand of protein shakes that doesn't have an after taste that can serve as a meal replacement . I wanna do 2 shakes n one meal a day. Keeping it at 1200 calories . I'm starting to workout tomorrow too.

Lean Body by Labrada is really good ! No after taste . I blend it with frozen fruit and ice and Water . I sprinkle it with Truvia in the blender . Super delicious ! -
