Hi everyone. My name is Kim. I had my surgery one week ago and I am seeing some good results already! I lost 7kg on the pre surgery diet and 4kg since my surgery last week! So a total of 11kg already :-) just wondering if any of you out there have some tips or advice? I'm pretty much doing this on my own so I can use all the support I can get :-) Thank you.
