Can you beleive this - my surgery date has moved up, and I am going in tomorrow!! On a liquid diet today, but only doing one day - doc says I only need to do the day before!
So nervous and scared, but I know this will be the best thing for me yet. Will let you know how it all goes!

Are there any South Africans on here? The advice is great on this forum and I am totally addicted to reading everyone's news, but getting food advice on South African food would be great! Anyone out there to help a new WLS trainee?
