7/11 I weighed 370 now I way 241 slow but steady. Blood pressure down

92.2 lbs down!!

93.6 so slowwwwww ughhhhhh at least in the right direction.

95.2 down. It is amazing what a difference clothes that fit make.

Finaly broke the platuea 95.2. Hope I keep losing for a while now.

Last time I went to doctor in 7/11 I weighed 307. Today I weighed 241 and my blood pressure was good. Slow and steady
