If you are still getting liquids down then I wouldn't worry but if it gets hard to drink get an un fill ASAP! Once liquids get tough you could be in real trouble and it can happen fast!

I can't tell what percent but is now that I do especially bad when I travel. I had to have an un fill after flying on two occasions now. But I think it is still worth it!!
