Hello I'm Jenipher wife and mother I had VSG surgery on October 8, 2012 with Dr. Nguyen in Manteca, Ca. I am doing well and taking it one day at a time. Losing weight has been consistent since my surgery date seemingly no matter what I eat. A rule of thumb you will feel exactly how you eat. You want to feel good eat good that means whatever is in your food phase. You want to feel bad eat things that are not in your food phase you will feel rotten.
