TheNewMe- You are very welcome. That is why I posted this. I knew there would be some people out there had had no or little to no information so I wanted to help you guys out. If I have the info why not share it right. Good luck and if you have any questions feel free to ask and I will answer them based off of what my doc told me if I know. ) -

Irish1988- That is in addition to the shakes. They want you to be getting all your Protein in along with Water, crystal light, Powerade, ect. in between. She said if your not drinking your eating, and if your not eating your drinking all day. LOL, well once you start food. In the beginning it's more like if your not drinking you are drinnking and if you are not drinking your drinking!!! LOL ;o) -
