  2. I woke up with a sore throat Monday and now it is a full blown cold with the stuffy noise. Maybe it is starting slow like mine did. I hope not because it sucks.

    Yeah this is not a sickness it feels like my throat is closing on me and it wont go away


  3. I'm so glad I'm not alone in this. My last fill added 0.4 ml and I was in such pain for 3 days I had to go back and have it removed. I couldn't drink coffee or Water without it getting stuck and being in pain.

    I fell off the wagon for a while but still managed to lose 6 lbs in 2 months. I'm back on track now but I'm so sensitive to Fluid retention' date=' too. If I eat something salty, I retain it then wind up PB'ing due to a tighter band.

    I have a hard time with chicken. I haven't had steak since before my surgery and only had ground beef twice. I can't chew it to mush well enough and then I have trouble. I slow cook my white meat pork so it's very tender & I also do well with fish. I love cheese, so that is my go-to food but that has a lot of artery clogging fat, too.

    Ur not alone a week ago i had my last fill been pbing a lot since now i have had this big lump feeling in my throat and burping constantly and when i eat even if its two bites my stomach is in a lot of pain i definitely have to call my surgeon monday and see whats going on ugh


  4. I got the fitbit zip for Christmas and it took a little while to get used to it. It doesn't come with very good instructions about setting it up but once I figured it out' date=' I love it! It motivates because when I see how little I've moved, I find ways to get more steps into my day.   5. I am doing Pilates and there is a LOT of ab work in it. My port hurts all the time because the muscle it is sewed into is being worked. It isn't unbearable' date=' just very achy and noticeable. I think it is worth it to me to endure it because the workouts are so good and I am toning up. I also have a very high tolerance for discomfort, so your mileage may vary.[/quote']

This really feels like stuck episodes as I've had plenty but I cannot explain the lump in my throat and the wanting to PB' date=' never had that before, with that said, I do have pain in the center like I'm stuck. The turkey yesterday was a little dry although it had a little gravy on it and I didn't eat but half a piece and not all the green Beans and that was only 2 tsp and that wasn't heaping tsps so if I had to guess at the amount of food it wasn't a cup. I am going thru some very very extreme personal issues with my divorce that are causing me severe stress at this time and dealing with my atty and my ex. You'd think after being divorced a yr and half it would all be over with but it's not. I don't know how much more I can take. Anyway, thank you for shedding the light on this and I wasn't sure whether stress played a role in the band and I wasn't sure whether or not I was stuck or too full, still not quite sure. Am on mushies and liquids for a few days to let things calm down.[/quote']

    I had a fill a week ago tues and im having the exact same issues. Now after pbing i have developed pain in stomach area. Im hoping its nothing serious
