Hi everyone!
I'm now 23 days post op, feeling really good about it all.
I've lost a total of 14 kilos since the 2 weeks before my operation and just wanted to share that I spent a good hour in my closet today trying on old clothes, or clothes which used to be tight on me, and now they all fit really well and I'm excited to plan outfits to wear out of the house
This is absolutely the best decision I've ever made and I'm not even a month into my journey!
Yay!

Hey everyone day 5 of preop liquid diet down 9lbs so far super exciting cant believe how fast time is going I'm such a worry wart too so ugh!!! I'm getting a little more emotional and anxious as Nov 6 creeps closer! I've had a rough year and I jus wanted to say thank you to all u new beautiful people that have come into my life as I go down this new path!! Truly a blessing!! Have a Grrreat Friday!!!

Buy some keratin treatments to add Protein back to ur hair also a heat protectant when u flat Iron try turning your iron down if it's up all the way I've been a stylist for 11yrs. Also a product called its a 10 does miracles good luck hun
