  2. Mine are $425 until my $6000 deductible is met! Good grief!!!
  3. You are about to find out how many feelings you masked with food. I would go in my bedroom with a cup of hot herbal tea, sip on it, and pout. I would tell my husband " sorry bud! You are gonna have to hear it now cuz I'm not going into the fridge to make it all better!" ( reciprocated by a deer in headlights look) It's a great time to embrace your emotions, redefine relationships, find your voice and to value yourself. The weight will come flying off and you will be so much happier!
  4. I only told immediate family and one friend. Only encouragement is what I got. I didn't need negativity since I already had enough of that in my own head.
  5. I posed this question last month when I went to my appt. he said that the band is put around the stomach and any visceral fat that is there. So, you can feel great, good restriction, little hunger, and then bam! Hungry all the time like you don't even have the band. This is because you are losing that visceral fat that just melts away leaving more space with the band. I'm thinking that it is a coincidence and that your fill came exactly as you were melting away visceral fat. Another fill will fix that! Call your dr and move up your next appt if you can. That's what I do.
  6. Hello all! So glad ange is doing well Charlie is stable. Yesterday ran the 10k Wharf to Wharf in Santa Cruz with my family. Then took the event bus back to a random parking lot 2 1/2 mile from our parking lot so we hoofed it back to the car. Had lunch and then played in the beach. Well actually the kids played Antonio and I took a nap! Did it ever feel good! The race was fun because 15,000 runners through this seaside town, 40+ bands playing music along the way and some locals out with Water hoses spraying at the crowd. It was so nice having such less weight to carry along the 6.28 miles!
  7. So awesome! Celebrate with a pedicure or a zen alone moment under a tree ( with your sf ice pop that is)
  8. PAAAARRTTTTAAAYYYY! Happy dance....happy dance....happy dance!!!!!!

  10. Hello all! How's it going gf's? Son is loving hell week at fb practice. So far so good. It gets daddy out if the house from 6-8 too so I get guilt free homework time. I'm doing terrible this week bcuz I'm so close to onederland that I'm actually depressed! How crazy is that?! I am back at the gym. I have a race on Sunday 10k- but I feel like I have no direction. My next dr appt is next week I think. Anyone heard from Nicole? I've text her but no answer. I saw her on MFP tho. My brain is so bad, I read all about your comments/lives and think of so many things I want to reply. Then when I start to write I forget everything! Ugh! Kisses for now! Hey, two of you are meeting tomorrow huh?! >jealous<
  11. Hello! Started my weekend off by going to first day practice for my youngest's football league. This is our first experience with any organized sport. Quite a full time job. We were there from 8:30-12-30. Got to watch him work out for 2 hours. It was pretty cool though. I'm at 200.8lbs. Onederland is such a tease!!
