  1. Unfortunately the gas isn't in your intestinal track because it was blown into your cavity during surgery. For it to absorb you have to move around. Heating pads also work. It is absolutely the worse part of surgery, for me anyway!
  2. Banded 10/5. Down 40lbs since preop! I get my second fill tomorrow!
  3. Gigi, I will run the marathon with you! You pick where and I'm coming! I've been looking for someone who will run one with me! Only thing is, I'm an accountant so I can't run one in feb-may. I was banded 10/5. I was training last year for NWM 2011 when I hurt my back. Have to get under 200 to start running again. I absolutely love it though!
  4. Lane Bryant makes 36 b and you can use last hooks to take on other inch or two off. I'll be sorry if I get smaller than that cuz I love their push-up bras!
  5. Hey! I totally forgot about that. Try some Gatorade zero cal or coconut Water if you can handle the taste. Both quick fix for that!
  6. First of all, this is the hardest part and it lasts only about three days then you will feel better. It is however VERY important that you stick to it. I personally like unjury unflavored and chicken Soup. I also got About Time chocolate. They are sold online, isolate whey protein. This period is hard but once you start seeing the results you will be thrilled!
  7. So much changes when you have Wls. We are not used to taking care of ourselves first. Listen to your body and do what it says you can do! I didn't start exercising until one week ago even though I saw everyone on here just going for it. I did feel bad but I was just too tired! I'm almost two months post op now. I feel better but I still just listen to my body.
  8. That's because you are not a bariatric surgeon who has seen the damages it causes. If you were you'd answer differently.
  9. Multi vit Calcium Iron B12 B complex CQ10 D I also added Centrum fruits and veggies, just in case
  10. Don't think she was referring to you... Just a thought!
  11. Picture journal. BandedWendy took pics of everything she ate and drank in the day with her phone. It's a good way to go back and look at what you ate if your wl stalls and there's no writing involved!
  12. It will get less frequent but if you exert yourself it will be back. I was banded 10/5. After 2-3 weeks I didn't feel it constantly but if I overdo it it reminds me that this is healing time!
