  1. Pretty sure any pharmacy carries liquid tylenol
  2. The pain also radiates the back of my throat. I'm nervous about slippage. Or erosion... I kind of don't mind losing my gallbladder if that's the case I just don't wantto lose my band
  3. Yes I feel it quite severe in the middle of the night and the deep breathing hurts so much. Makes me not want to eat at all.
  4. Trying eating a price of celery or something else cooling after eating spicy.. Or avoid spicy. And I only wash peanut butter down w chocolate which by the way is also cooling!
  5. I'm following up w many doctors. I'm just curious of those who have previously had gallbladder issues as when I look up my symptoms they are very in line w gallbladder issues. Thanks you fr your input, though! Has anyone here had gallbladder pains or complications? Your experience?
  6. The pain when taking deep breaths is the most severe symptom, though. Gastritis doesn't usually have that kind of pain associated, does it?
  7. I have been having pain underneath my banded area. Most severe instances waking me in the middle of the night. Gas pain and painful deep inhalation. My worst fear is erosion, obviously. I've been at goal for about a year now. After reading about it, it sounds gallbladder related. I have very little restriction right now as my doc took my last fill out. My barium xray showed no blockage, but just in case it was too tight we did an unfill and now I'm scheduled to see a gastroenterologist to rule out erosion or anything esophagous related. Pain/ache upon deep inhalation is still present. Anyone ever go through this? What has been your experiences with gallbladder issues? Insight would be comforting right now.
  8. Thanks... I should read up on gallbladder issues. But to answer ur question I find that tracking my calories even if I go grossly over helps so much. My fitness pal is a godsend
  9. So I had the barium swallow. Everything went fine all looks good... They said it sounded like the band was too tight so they took .5 out. Can we say immediate relief??? Holy moly! But xould it just be a coincidince? The pain comes and goes... Following up w a gastro to consult about an endoscopy next thurs. Fingers crossed there was no damage done! still very nervous...
  10. Are u a member? I'm Asquill17 here and on mfp. Post your user name and let's support each other calorically!
  11. Ps. Been at goal (and sometimes at a smaller weight than intended) for about 10 months now.
  12. Oh jeez.. I still eat tons of pizza... Well it feels like tons but it's really very little.. But I have it often and if I count my calories it allowable- for me, that is.
  13. I'm currently at 1700 to maintain. Myfitnesspal helps so much! And I still workout
  14. Brew your own! Get some McCormick pumpkin spices, fresh umpkin pulp (like that canned stuff- just a tablespoon or two) splenda or stevia and light silk. Blend and viola! Home made, yummy and a fraction of the cal!
  15. Just realized u called me ASSquil! Lmboooooo! That's awesome!
  16. Ps. I saw no "pack jumping" anywhere..
  17. ...what? Yes I am proud, but not sure why u think so. Just relax. Holy moly.
  18. ::waves:: ur welcome! Lol I'm sorry but I can't help but be a ball buster when I read people getting all uppity and butt-hurt on a public forum. U reacted to a woman trying to help and got all nastified. Check yourself girl! We're all here to support each other!
  19. By the way, to the OP I've only been banded 2 years but my experience is if u get hung up on feeling "restricted" u might end up allowing ur band to be too tight. A band that's too tight can eventually cause a slip, malnutrition or worse erosion. I had mine too tight and I'm waiting for my xray (Friday!!!) but I'm hoping I haven't caused too much damage.
  20. I'm 30. And I agree with All the old fogies up in here! What what. Holla!
  21. I'm still waiting for this barium xray and I'm so anxious!! I read about complications and I think the worst. Erosion, slippage, I'm terrified. Pain update: I still feel a slight ache when taking deep breaths... But it's not so painful that it's waking me up at night. I stopped binging. I'm counting calories again to try and gain, believe it or not. At 125 I feel and look to skinny. I'm hoping to bump up to 130-135 range. Has anyone ever felt that ache when taking very deep breaths?
  22. I'm having a hard time w my ins. Approving the xray... But I mist admit, since refocusing I haven't had another midnight mid-sleep episode of esophageal pain since! I'm hoping it was just a scare an now I know... Stay serious. As long as the band is there, whether I'm at goal or not, I'm always on the lb diet and I should never forget that again. I'll update again once I can get the xray
  23. Hoping to hear from my doc tomorrow and looking forward to the x-ray. Gotta say my full liquids and yesterday I began soft foods(only because I was desperately hungry) and have made sure not to eat 3 hours before bed... No pain since! I'm hoping I was just being paranoid and overly cautious. Update to follow fingers crossed I didn't eff up!
