  3. I eat weight control oatmeal for breakfast rarely a protein shake but I will if I'm on the go and can't eat my oatmeal
  4. Get you ends clipped, have ur stylist condition and or add a protein treatment and wait. Don't cut unless u have to 5 years of growing ur hair is a long time!

  6. Great! I'm glad they could get u in. Try to take a cool shower / bath too. My mom would always say rub yourself down with rubbing alcohol when I would get a fever. Keep us posted on what happens!!

  9. I didn't have any of that. I would talk with the doc you don't want to get dehydrated. Keep trying to get your liquids in. I have no idea what would stop the bowel running. I had the opposite I could not go at all and it was painful and horrible. Feel better soon!! (HUGS)
  10. I would suggest u buy sample packets until u find a brand/ flavor u like. Try mixing w crystal light (favors) or milk. Best Wishes
  11. I didn't tell anyone I had it done only person that knows is JESUS and he will never judge me. It's hard to explain how it feels to walk in my shoes I didn't want to hear any negativity and I don't I love it this way!

  13. I wish we lived in a world where all people were loving to each other. All differences were accepted and appreciated. It's heartbreaking when someone u care about / love starts treating u different for any reason. The terms of the relationship should be unconditional, but that's in the perfect world in my head. You can't control other people, how they feel, think or react. Try to talk to ur friend if she doesn't come around u have to ask yourself was she really ur friend
