  1. ZUMBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA...and I love it.
  2. I think slow is great! It seems more like a permanent life change instead of a temporary fix - keep it up and I think you look amazing!
  3. Name, real or screen~ City Goal weight for July 31st~ 264lbs Weight on July 1st~ 274lbs Dietary goal for July~ More water, More fruits! Putting down the fork between bites. 5. Wow wow wow!!! Looks fab!
  6. How heartbreaking! I am sorry to hear, hopefully this isn't too much of a future issue after you get back to eating solids. Bless her heart!
  7. Sounds very lucky not to have to go on the pre-op diet lol Hope all goes well
  8. Congrats! - how have you been feeling in general?
  9. Good luck to you!!!! Everything happens for a reason, keep your head up :]
  10. I'm 5'5 and my goal is 170, I love a full figure and plushiness, I just want to be at a more comfortable and functioning point. It really depends, to me, on what your ideas are and goals were outside of a number - size, being comfortable, physical abilities, dressing your body, etc.
  11. Keep that attitude up!
  12. Woot! Congrats! Happy healing :]
  13. Great idea! I used to fall asleep to some weight loss hypnosis - I loved it!
  14. Awesome!! Happy healing!!
  15. Anytime I try to watch what I'm eating it seems like everyone wants to invite me out to eat. It's killer! And tv commercials about food too. Bah!
  16. How exciting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  17. Bummer about the break up but here's to a new life my friend! Sounds like you're doing great! Hope my post-op experience will be as enjoyable lol. Welcome to the forums :]
  18. I believe you have to maintain a specific weight for up to 2 years before your body will recognize it as it's new "survivial weight" - which means until then your body is fighting to get back up to size because it truly believes you are killing it. Be consistant! And take pride in that awesome amount you've managed to lose :]
  19. I'm curious how you've been handeling it? I'm wanting to ask my doctor to put in some fluid during the surgery.
  20. That whomps! Though perhaps it's all for a good reason! Who knows if something would have been wrong without the extra day of liquid and they would have delayed the operation, or you would have gotten food poisioning, etc. Think positive my sweet!
  21. I'm curious - in the past when you were trying to keep the weight off - what kind of support did you have? Support is such a huge part of keeping it off, making sure your friends are aware of the support you need, and start now with finding foods of small portions that will keep you satisfied. (I've become a tuna freak this month haha). I've also found that the drinking rule helps SOOO Much! And I'm still pre-op. Do not drink beverages for 30 to 45 minutes before or after meals. - such a good rule! It was a difficult one though, I really love to wash my food down, but then I'm insanely hungry hours later. Now I'm able to feel satisfied longer. I also joined tumblr and made a blog about my fitness and health and I reblog and follow others who are on the same path I am, that way even visually I'm inspired by healthy foods, etc. Set yourself up for success lady! ;]
  22. I'd give a quick call to the doctor to ask!
