  10. Keep your wits. You are about to start a new journey!! Work will be there when you get back, the next few days are solely about you. Don't be scared! I had mine last Wednesday and feel great. It's gonna be the best decision not "of your life" but "for your health". And work on finding stress reducers, once food is gone, it's something healthy or not, like meth. Lol. Jk. 11. Hey everyone, This is my first post. I am 6 days outta surgery. 23 lbs down. Also just out of a 2 yr relationship the same week as surgery.... but I'm having a great post-op experience. I have cramped once, and just have a little bout of hiccups every so often. Other than that I'm slowly getting back up and at 'em. The past week has been a blur with everything going on but I am totally focusing on myself. I can see results already so that makes me feel good. My surgery center here in Dallas has been amazing with everything, from total quality care to great insurance advocates. I was only out $256, this whole ride. It's been great since I started this back in January. How's everyone else doing? "Let men see, let them know, a real man, who lives as he was meant to live." - Marcus Aurelius -DavidIsaac

These are a collection of pics. I basically weighed my highest in 2001 at 364. I lost 20 lbs and maintained until 2009 when I went on a diet and dropped to 283 my lowest since a teen. I rocked back up to 328.4. Until the day of my surgery.... these pics are those days.
