Just got thru surgery last night' date=' Nov 2....so I did end up staying the night in hospital. So far since home 11am on to now 4pm, I have downed about 35 oz including 30 grams of Protein. No gas pains, 6 cuts, largest 1.5 inches it looks like. More sore if I move in getting up or down, walking fine. Sugar count was high after surgery but fine now. Good to be on the other side......[/quote']

Me too girl I'm trying there have been times that i have had a few crackers to ease my stomach pain but it's so hard. How much are you trying to lose on your band?

She hasn't been banded yet. But she is I only on a liquid diet, no food at all.

Yes I am!! Sucks but I'm doing it! I can have Protein shake for lunch and dinner and a no creamy Soup for lunch. sugar free Jello, sf Popsicles, Water, tea, coffee, no sugar.

I'm going to go with this diet since I already have those shakes on hand! Thank you so much!!!! Wish me luck!

Well I have some very bad news. When they opened me up to do revision' date=' there was so much scar tissue that it could not be done. I am left with 5 holes that will take a couple weeks to heal, lots of physical and emotional pain. So glad I believe in the saying, everything happens for a reason or I would be really messed up. Day 12 I just got very dizzy and shaky is this normal??

Your glucose might be low. I have hypoglycemia and I get shaky, light headed, legs get weak sometimes. You can buy glucose tablets or take a spoon of Peanut Butter. That's what the nurse at band doc told me as well. You need more carbs with all the Protein.

I have only had one fill and can really feel no restrictions to speak of. But I'm losing weight so I'm not complaining. I would go in for a check up. It can't hurt:) congrats on the weight loss!! That's awesome. Go in for sure though.

I've been with the broken ankle for 3 weeks now I have to do another 3. I cried and cried when the doctor told me. Today my blood pressure was the best it's been in 2 years. I felt like everything was going great. I'm really disappointed but I do know its for the best.

I'm bearly on week two baby food type meals everything is gross to me but I went and bought diffrent protine shake today one more question I'm having a lot of sore incisions is that normal still have sterile strips. Thank god I go to Dr Wednesday I have tons of questions!

So I've lost about 31 lbs and the last few days I've had back pain thats worse when I sit down. I believe is my sciatic nerve because the pain runs down the back of my leg' date=' has anyone else experienced this as their weight is shifting to make your body smaller? any tips for relief besides tylenol and the heating pad??

I had one last year. Haven't been banded yet. However I got a massage with bio freeze and OMG!!! It helped soooo much!!!
