Your glucose might be low. I have hypoglycemia and I get shaky, light headed, legs get weak sometimes. You can buy glucose tablets or take a spoon of Peanut Butter. That's what the nurse at band doc told me as well. You need more carbs with all the Protein.

Hi I'm Anna and I started a new Facebook page just for my Lap band friends and pages. Using it as a tool to help me and others through our awesome journeys together. I will be banded on Nov. 16th!!
