Mischevious, that's a great NSV! I know what you mean and I have missed that great customer service. I am looking forward to getting it back. It's amazing how the bigger you get the more invisible you become. I guess that means fat people become the proverbial "elephant" in the room.

Hello everyone! It will be my 4th anniversary in 3 days! I can't believe it's been that long. I'm getting close to my goal -- this last year I made better progress than I had in the years 2 and 3 combined.
